The hotel was well-maintained and relaxing, nevertheless I stayed for 11 nights only. It had an unbeatable and quiet location - steps away from Jiaosi Hot Springs. And it was also just next door to the mountains, the restaurant and the driver, and night market.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Spacious and clean rooms with relaxing hot spring baths. Delicious buffet meals with a mix of Eastern and Western dishes. Beautiful mountain views and a tranquil atmosphere. Great shuttle service from Taipei main station.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in a beautiful mountain setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. I especially loved the attention to detail with the rooms, as I stayed in a spacious room with a balcony offering breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the surrounding natural beauty. The included breakfast was a great perk, with a variety of options to choose from.

As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of facilities and activities available at the hotel. The onsen staff provided plastic bags for my swimsuit after using the pool, and the recreational room was well thought out. The room amenities, including children's slippers and toothbrush kits, made my stay comfortable. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a great balance of Eastern and Western dishes.
Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.
